The Problem with Emotional Pain

There is a problem  that affects a lot of people, I would say hundreds of thousands if not more, relating to emotional pain.   Emotional pain is addictions, anger, depression and many other  physical forms such as illness.

Unresolved emotional pain or trauma can manifest itself in physical symptoms in the body. This happens a lot more than you would think and it’s not something that’s really talked about a lot.  It is a problem and it can be dealt with overtime.  There are addictive patterns that have formed in people that create problems for them in how these patterns affect relationships.

These patterns of addictive behaviors and other types of behaviors may cause, and often times do you cause difficulties and how one relates to others in their community. This means that an individual who has these  difficult patterns of being literally isolate themselves from others and that itself causes problems.

It is important to be able to identify these patterns in yourself and to work towards repairing and fixing them so that they don’t present the same problems over and over again in your life.  We all have areas that we need to work on in ourselves and to be able to identify these areas to work on them at text courage, however, it’s very necessary to do.

Positive movement in one’s life is necessary in order to create positive change in one’s life, consequently moving the individual from places of stuckness.

Coaching, education and other processes will allow an individual to move beyond stuck places in your life into places of prosperity and movement.

Four instance, if you or your spouse or loved one or significant other have difficult relationships and you find yourself repeating patterns of behavior over and over and over again, this means that you’re stuck in a negative pattern and what you want to do  create change so that you can have movement.    The same thing applies if you find yourself phone turn into a behavior that creates a problem for you like healthwise such as excessive drinking or smoking or eating or binge eating or any other type of issue relating to an eating disorder or or substance-abuse  such as alcohol abuse and prescription pill abuse or any other type of substance abuse. People tend to use substances to help deal with pain.  The problem there is that it doesn’t work. It actually gives you or creates more problems than it solves it. So ignoring a painful emotion doesn’t help you it actually creates another problem on top of the one that you already have which is an inability to really deal with an emotion that’s coming up for you.

The idea here is to create healthy patterns which to live by and that takes time and work but you can be successful in doing that with assistance.   Creating new ways of being through developing new patterns of behavior that are positive will help you move beyond where you’re stuck and it will allow you to embrace new ways of being and creating new positive pattern so that your life can actually move in the direction that you really desire.
