About

There is inherent power in the process of movement. Under the direction of self mobility transformation takes place, bringing balance and harmony to a person’s way of being. When a person creates movement within their life, change happens. Change creates an ability to resolve the unstuckness which oftentimes causes pain and difficulty within a person’s life.

My hope is to assist my clients in creating opportunities where each of you will discover ways to become who you are meant to be through finding ways to become unstuck, leaving painful patterns of being and discovering new ways of relating to the self and to the world in which you live, breathe and have your being. It is in that place that I hope to assist in transforming lives through creating movement out of painful states of being into healthy and powerful ways of relating .

I have been helping youth and adults move from stuckness since 1990 through pastoral counseling and now in life coaching.

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Christian Leadership and Biblical Studies from College of Biblical Studies-Houston and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Eastern Mennonite University in Harrisonburg, Va.

My specialties are in anxiety, trauma, sexual, physical, and emotional abuse, addictive process such as gambling and shopping and substance abuse and domestic violence.
